All of our orders are sent either via Royal Mail or DPD courier.
We aim to send orders within 1-3 working days
PLEASE NOTE: We only ship within the UK (including the Channel Islands) at this moment in time.

RETURN POLICY
We do our very best to ensure your Illumine Candle arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, if you do wish to return your candle, please email us straight away with your order number and reason for return. The candle must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging (or sent with adequate protection). You will have 14 days from the date you recieved your order to communicate with us of your intention to return the candle and actually post it back to us.
As we are a small company we are unable to offer a free return on your purchase at this time - so any returns will be at your own expense.

Accidents do happen in transit and if your item arrives damaged or broken please send us an e-mail with photo evidence so that we can get any such issues sorted as soon as possible.
